I'm more interested into why African Americans get so butthurt when the word is used. I get that it was used during the days of slavery and blah, blah, blah - but they themselves use the "n" word all the time when talking to each other. Why is it OK for them to do that? Anyways, I only use the "n" word when referring to any one, lazy, piece of shite individual. That applies to individuals in all races, none specifically.

I guess that's just how I was raised, though. All of my black friends always stayed at my house after practices and games, and my dad used to buy them cleats, pads, baseball gear, and even spent the money due to play little league. We even went to the projects to pick them up and drop them off if they didn't have a ride. I've always been able to see past the color of someone's skin.

I'm not trying to offend anyone, FWIW.
