Not really

SEC schools vary as there is no uniform policy on dismissal. It was a point of contention at the SEC meetings in Destin this year. I believe Georgia and Kentucky have the strongest policies on drugs (1 strike and you are out) and the west schools you can have 4 strikes before they can you. I am guessing when it comes to sexual assault Vandy's policies may be the toughest because they also have an honor code taken for academics that may reach beyond this in such a case. If the female was a VU student her statement could be viewed as true from the start until proven untrue.

They probably should, but a set policy sort of eliminates the chance to consider specific circumstances, which I'm generally against. At Mizzou, if you're charged with a felony, you're suspended immediately, and likely dismissed. These guys would be gone here too. On pot, they generally sit a game on the first offense, and would be dismissed after the 2nd, I think. Could be 3rd.
