Honestly, with that many possible defendants and interested parties to the police (10), there is almost no chance this is a he said-she said situation. On the face of it, this looks much, much, much worse. I'm very disappointed for a university that usually stands for much, much more. I'm not going to lie, I got extreme enjoyment from finally winning 9 games. But it isn't worth it if this is the price. I guess now we know what it feels like to be a UT, UGA, or UF fan. This is a pretty sick feeling. I'd rather return to being a doormat than be associated with such actions.

I sincerely hope, if found guilty, these four players are punished severely. Vanderbilt should never tolerant this kind of activity. But I also hope the anti-football crowd, the same crowd that gave us decades of defeat, does not prevail in throwing out the baby with the bath water. If you are suggesting (like the anti football crowd does) that you cannot complete the two elementary tasks of successful academics and successful athletics simultaneously, then I vehemently disagree with you. The good Lord gifted both endeavors for the enjoyment of mankind.

Enjoy it, this feeling will soon fade away in a matter of weeks when the offseason come to an end.
