First off I'm sorry and your family will be in my prayers.
Charges could be any number of things based on a bunch of different factors ranging from Reckless Endangerment to Vehicular Manslaughter.
ETA: Probably worse than any charges brought against her will be living with the fact that she took another persons life and took them away from their family.

My sympathy and condolences to the family. So sorry.
Life can change or be gone in an instant. One second everythings great, the next you can be dead or fighting for your life.
