Georgia is an incredibly under-performing team, they've literally have had talent and more talent come into their roster and clearly possess not a single idea on how to utilize it which was evident in this past year at the SECCG. Alabama was having a "rebuilding" year with a poor secondary and an average defensive line, Georgia was stacked from top to bottom and in classic Georgia sports fashion, they choked. If Mississippi State had the same amount of talent that Georgia had, we would have won at least two BCSNG, at least. So while we can attribute our lack of success in football to poor resources and competitive in-state recruiting, what can Georgia attribute their lack of success to? Incompetence, just sheer and complete lack of ability to do anything when you have everything.
