The only one I remember off the top of my head is the one against Arky in 2011

Well it would be hard to remember when he got a "concussion" if he never missed a game.

Those are the ones I could find on Youtube, and I thought I remember him taking a shot against Bama.
Not saying they are all concussions I posted, but those are some likely options
