According to LSU's web site, of all in-state "Opponents" (and I use the term loosely) only Tulane has beaten LSU more than once.

Louisiana College 2-0-0
Louisiana-Lafayette 22-0-0
Louisiana-Monroe 2-0-0
Louisiana Tech 18-1-0
Loyola (New Orleans) 4-1-0
McNeese State 1-0-0
Northwestern State 11-0-0
Southeastern Louisiana 1-0-0
Tulane 69-22-7
Unfortunately, if we want a challenge, we have to look out-of-state.
