I bought a shitty building next to his and hired a guy to open a pizza eatery for me. Instructed him to hire all his employees. I got all but 1. Competitive issues caused him to go out of business. He lost his other 2 stores too and then went back to a Northern state. My PI said he killed himself last year.

. ..but that is not the best part. The guy who ran the pizza place came to me with an idea for another eatery. I did not want to invest, but using some hot tax stuff via my UGA grad accountant, I rented it to him for $1 a month for 3 years. The neighborhood around it got better and he called to tell me he was moving out to a bigger location and I cleared $310k profit on the sale of the buIlding not too long ago.
