This has been posted here before and there were actually people that said they would give it a shot.

the Brits have been doing this for years. All it is is nebulzing the alcohol the same way respiratory therapists give breathing treatments. We did this 5 years ago when we were there at a bar. It's a blast!

I've seen it before a year ago, but I thought it was some Superfad limited to just the specified area.
