Looks like it's coming together nicely. 
Is the bricking of the entire exterior facade included in this first phase of expansion?

Yes. It's precast in sections and lifted into place. It will only go as high as this first section though, i se to recall, because they wanted to preserve the skeletal look of the vertical concrete supports to give it that old coliseum look. All the concrete supports that are left will be painted white
