Im not sold that Bama vs. TAM will be the game that wins the west. I think bama and lsu both have top to bottom better teams then TAM, and will both beat them. I may not be the only one, but I think LSU is a much bigger threat. They will have the most talented secondary in the SEC, a great backfield, talented QB and WR corps. Kwon Alexander could be a big contributor on that team. The only place they will dip is DE, but im sure they have a couple guys that are pretty decent.

I think that Alabama last year was still a better team then TAM, they just had everything go right (not that that takes anything from there win away) but I could not say the same for LSU. I would have much rather rematched TAM then LSU last year.

All that to say I think TAM will be at or below where they were last year while Bama and LSU could be comprable to their 2011 teams.

Alabama returns a lot of talent and Saban and Co. have a pretty good revenge game record. aTm caught Bama off guard last year but I dont think aTm will be able to pull it off again. And before someone brings up aTm's home field advantage, check Alabama's record in away games.

Nor should you be sold.

Wait for the season to play out.

Everything else is just a way to pass time during the interminable months of summer.

Well duh. If Alabama beats TAM AND LSU is undefeated when they meet AL (and AL is still undefeated) then that will obviously be the game of the year. Why so insecure?

Have you been tea bagged recently?

I'm just not sold on LSU's offense. I know they lost a lot on defense but I have little doubt they'll reload there. Unfortunately, I don't think they lost a lot on offense because it might have been best if they did.

A&M's schedule is easier this year so they'll be in the mix every bit as much as LSU. Hard to argue either way.

Hope the Aggies prove you wrong.

I love the "Well, LSU is going to be better because they are LSU." arguments. Doesn't matter the schedule. Doesn't matter how many players they lost. Doesn't matter that Les Miles is a psycho. Nope, they will just be better. Ok.

Meanwhile A&M has the returning Heisman Trophy winner that continued to only get better as the season wore on in spite of whomever they played and yet the SEC will "figure him out" cause they just will. Manziel can't possibly get better in spite of just being a Freshman last year. No, he is doomed to be killed by the SEC.

Hey, whatever makes you feel better I suppose.

If you want an objective argument, A&M's offense is going to be ridiculously good next year. The weakness is on D. If Bama/LSU can contain A&M and Manziel to under 30 points and get their offense going then they can certainly win. It is far from a certainty however.

Who knows, let the games be played. Bama won't be caught sleeping this year, and no one is going to overlook Manziel and A&M. You don't think other teams/players see JFF's little sideshow in the media every week? He's giving himself a huge target on his back, if he rises to that challenge good for him. Just know it won't be easy.

Hahahaha. This is so awesome. Y'all coon asses are adorable. You honestly believe you're a better team than Texas A&M. Y'all weren't even a top ten team last year.
