You have absolutely no clue how strong those agreements are and to assume its an easy out is asinine.

I'm sure they are pretty strong, but the ACC isn't going to want to spend a shite ton of money defending them. All this does is force the school who wants to leave to pay the conference for their media rights. Its a brilliant move by the conference, but all it does it raise the exit fee for the school.
