Actually, the way you have it sorted is not by ROI. Click on the column with ROI.

By ROI with financial aide, AU ranked #31 in overall and second only to A&M in the SEC.

ROI is the most accurate way to rank since it takes into account cost and eventual return. Your rankings are by absolute dollars (the way it is sorted).

That was the way payscale has it sorted by default. Lots of data there that can be analyzed but I just left it as I found it from an article.
