HB9 got Senate approval! Once the Gubbbnah puts his John Hancock on it...homebrewing is legal in the great state of Alabama.

I'll be the guy passed out on the Quad next to a bottle with no label. Stop and say hi. (No steeping, por favor)

My FB was lit up about it this morning and last night.

Fortunately the law was completely unenforced to begin with.

What's a matter with the beer we got?

Been brewing for almost 10 years now. It'll be nice to be legal.

I brewed a big arse double IPA when Gov Riley passed the gourmet beer bill. Think ill brew a nice Irish red for this one since Gov Bentley is a Bammer. Going to get the stuff now!

The homebrew club I'm part of (In Louisiana) sent out something telling us to write to yalls governor to make sure he signs it. I guess it's a step in the right direction for all homebrewers even though we are legal here in BR.
