Oxford is a great place to live. I grew up there and my parents still live there. The best thing for me is there is very little crime. You feel safe.
Oxford as well as Lafayette County both are great public schools. Both are respected schools academically as well as athletically. I graduated from Lafayette County, hence the name doresrules.(Lafayette CommoDORES)
My family has lived in basically the same area since 1848.(the earliest census I could find with ancestors on it) I plan to move back when I'm 50(20 years from now) and retiring with the wife. Plan is to build a home on our property.
