If TCU, Oklahoma, Virginia Tech, Texas and Oregon are "scrubs" then yes, you are correct. Let's see mighty Kentucky go through Ohio State's schedule with "one or 2 losses".
BTW, who has Kentucky scheduled OOC EVER? They play Louisville (which is decidedly hit or miss) every year and a bunch of directional schools.
Finally, the SEC is only 21-17 against the B1G in bowl games since the beginning of the BCS era and it took a 7-2 record last year to take the lead in the series since 1998. Not bad for a "crappy" conference.

In defense of Vanderbilt the Northwestern and tOSU games had to be cancelled. tSU was scheduled for Aug 29 and N'western for Sept 14. When Slive released the SEC schedule we had Ole Miss and South Carolina in those weeks.

I believe they have Illinois and Indiana on occassion.
