Our waiter said Bordino's is about to start doing Sunday brunch also. That plus Emelia's means there will be some good Sunday brunch options on Dickson.

I want to right now, love that fricking place! Just signed a new lease with my friend who got a job at Wal Mart HQ so I am tied down here one more year. But after that, Dallas baby

I enjoyed living in Dallas.

Lived in lofts at south side on lamar. Sweet place. Pool on the roof, parties all the time. Place was covered in Dallas arse constantly.

What's the place called? I can't wait to apartment search there, so many cool places to live.

Southside on Lamar

Lofts. I had a single bedroom there on the fourth floor. Each floor had a party room with tvs, shuffle board, pool tables. At that time, a few Dallas Mavericks lived in the building.

Not sure what the cost is now, but about 7 years ago I paid about $1100 a month. It was worth it, especially being single. On ground level we had our own art museum, grocery, liquor store, as well as coffee shop.

I'm on my phone, but google it and check it out. Right outside downtown Dallas.

I did 18 mos downtown in a loft, and 18 months in a rental on Lower Greenville. Then two years in the burbs and I landed back in Nam. I'm happy with our little city here. Its really nice considering how easy it is to live here.

There's not much junk left in the core of Fayetteville, except for the fricked up back of that building right off college.

I went from Fayetteville to Dallas shortly thereafter. Love both places and wish I could live at both.
