In fairness--that is exactly what I was saying.
And yes I can see the frustration in that. LSU did everything it was supposed to do. We can argue all day who "should" have been your opponent--I'm not sure, given the rules, would it have been more "fair" to let OSU (who lost to a 6 win team) play in the title game over a Bama squad whose only loss was 3 points in overtime to what some were saying was the GOAT.
We all played the same system, and Bama ended up #2 in the BCS tally. I don't feel compelled to put an apology or asterisk on that.

It is what it is, it happened and it's over. Just sucks pretty hard when that happens to your team and on top of it it's against your biggest rival coached by the fan bases' most hated person in history

You made REFERENCE to LSU fans that they have to realize that other teams had to LOSE for the tigers to get there shot in '07.
Where was your REFERENCE to BAMA fans in regards to the same situation in '11 and '12?
