Yes, but I don't think he's an outside guy for us. Maybe play Safety, have him cover the slot, have him return and be a gunner, etc.

I think he's worth the risk. At best he will be a Darrell Green type (same height) with big playmaking potential.
At worst, he will relapse into marijuana addiction and lose it all, but I don't think that's likely.

Id considering him in 5th round or later, but not before. Even if all his baggage is behind him, hes still nothing more than a return man and a decent nickel corner. That inherent ability to just create turnovers without great size or speed will go away at the NFL level.
