Want to discuss the YMCA that is in front of the new foley indoor practice field that was completely renovated starting in 2008/2009 that took 2 years and was "privately" funded? The YMCA that charges $15/yr for membership and receives no public funding? The one that had not been renovated or upgraded in a decade or more until Julio then Fluker signed with bama.
We can chat about that as well. Or you can just accept the fact Foley high school and adjoining properties received huge influxes of cash immediately after Julio signed with bama and just prior to Fluker signing. It's no secret in the Foley system and community and like I said, it is not Watson's fault Foley got in bed with bama 5 years ago when saban arrived. It has been very mutally beneficial to both.
Bama "boosters" here in Montgomery are well respected donors/supporters of the new YMCA in East Montgomery. In fact the new YMCA was built by in part due to the donations of a current Bama BOT member and the damn thing is named after his father in addition to a brand new elementary school that sits next door that's named after his father as well. I wonder if those donations somehow have a connection to the most recent LB from Carver committing to Bama? Of course we could be planning for the futurer Bammer recruits by funneling money into the new elementary school?

YMCA's are charitable orgs (501c's). They are run on donations. Bama has nothing to worry about regardless.
I really am moving on now. This type of stuff is impossible for a school to get in NCAA trouble on. It is why bama boosters do it. And I am primarily referring to what they do with the high schools.
And FTR, if I was sitting with a cancelled check of a bama player from a booster, I would probably put it in the shredder at work. I would not be interested in gettting involved. I like my life the way it is and am not concerned enough about what happens to ever get personally involved in something like that.
