His offense works really well when opponent is outmatched. He gets impatient with extended drives and is not an in game adjustment coach. And he likes to golf. The offense is too gimmicky for NFL and in my opinion that was bigger issue than work ethic.
Steve is an excellent college coach and CFB needs him.
