JJ was a senior OL on the 1983 Sugar Bowl team starring Bo Jackson. I'm pretty confident in saying that I believe they are friends.

But I'm sure you know more about the Auburn program than Bo Jackson.

Both you and TnM seem to be reading something incorrectly, or are confused by some wording. Never have I said JJ and Bo were not friends, nor that JJ was the primary reason why Bo hasn't been around (prominently) until the past couple years.

I wonder if it started with the 30 for 30. Someone else mentioned he is finally becoming comfortable in the spotlight. Perhaps that's part of it. Regardless, him raising money with his Bo Bikes Bama program is awesome. Hope to see him around a lot more.

Yeah, no matter what, Bo fricking rules.

He probably did more for AU football and AU athletics than anyone not named Pat Dye or Shug Jordan.
