5. Steve Spurrier, South Carolina

Has he accomplished anything in the last 12 years other than making the SEC CG once and getting blown out by Auburn?

Seriously. WTF.

Petersen should be top 3. Snyder and Spurrier are not currently top 5 coaches in my opinion.

Brian Kelly sucks. He threw out his whole playbook in the championship game.

Hugh Freeze 1
Dan Mullen This is OUR goose egg

That's all that matters in my eyes.

While I don't think Les is the greatest Gameday coach, he's heads and shoulders better than Mullen. Plus, Miles has beaten Mullen all four years.

Terrible list and probably some Athlon MSU intern compiled it.

Completely ridiculous. There's no logical reason for ranking Miles outside of the top 10. And seriously, what has Al Golden done to be ranked ahead of Shaw and Miles? Whenever I watch Miami play against an elite opponent, they always seem to be losing by 40 points.

The refs were the playbook. Saban payed them off.

I agree he has done a good job but they put him at #5 above a bunch of coaches who have actually won shite in the last decade.

It really is one of the worst coaching ranking lists I have ever seen. At least he got #1 correct.

What the frick was LSU before Saban got there? They weren't any better off than South Carolina was before they got Spurrier.
