I've heard Perfect Game has the best rankings, but you have to have a premium account which costs $$$.
Not sure where else you could get rankings on prospects besides Baseball America I guess?

Your posting/info is usually very thorough, so I thought you must have already had a membership to one of the sites for baseball recruiting. Fooled me!
