If 100% of the people in Alabama cheered for the Crimson Tide, only 24% of Floridians would have to cheer for the Gators to match that number. I don't think it is a huge stretch to say Florida has the largest fan base, just because of sheer numbers in alumni and the population of FL.
Same can be said for Georgia/UGA.
