Ya i think the economics of the bowls will put many of them out of business.
Though even the worst bowls generate decent TV audiences which it seems is all that matters these days.
Crap bowls will likely look like 1st round march madness games.. empty stadiums but big TV audiences.

They already do. Most lower tier bowls are made for tv events anyway.
