All I know is that beef BBQ is a million times better, and no one does it correctly in Dixie. Had a friend smoke a brisket yesterday that was so damn good I fell in to a food coma.

Beef has it's place and I wouldn't turn down any, but brisket is near the bottom of BBQ. Gimme pork and chicken over brisket any day.
