This is basically a topic asking where people are from, its pretty rare that you find someone defending the BBQ of a different region.
I love Oklahoma Joe's in KCK and use their Night of the Living Barbeque Sauce all the time. Good flavor with a spicy kick.

Good place.
I travel a ton for work. I've had NC, Memphis, Texas, KC, SC, etc. To me it's apples and oranges. KC and Texas are mostly beef BBQ. The others are pork. For pork BBQ, imho, it's NC and then everything else is a distant 2nd.
And B's BBQ in Greenville, NC is probably the best I've had in NC.
