Dude, I'm sorry. I read your post completely wrong. My bad.
So you're having sleep issues? Or, perhaps seasonal depression?
Good news is that the seasons are changing. As temperatures warm, people spend more time outside. Natural sunshine balances your hormones which causes you to feel better, more active. A lack of sunshine allows your penial gland to produce more melatonin which in turn causes you to be more tired, less active, and perhaps more depressed. The great news is that the winter doom is nearly over.
Not sure if fluoridation of the public water supply has caused an imbalance in your penial gland. However, I wouldn't discount the possibility. If fluoridation of water can make people sterile, what other issues may it be responsible for?
I'd still get your "boys" checked.
