Hopefully they clear the trees behind where rose was so the new rec center has good view of the river. It would be nice for the university to have a presence on river road too.

Already starting to with all the new dorms, rec, etc. The Manderson Landing Park is also UA property I believe that runs into the Tuscaloosa River Walk.
