We have a lot of admin guys but I think we pretty much had all those guys before the deregulation. People are making a big deal about hiring Kevin Steele and a couple of high school coaches, but it appeared to me that they were hired to replace some of our admin guys who left for other positions the last couple months.

That could be the case, I am admittedly unfamiliar with Bama's staffing situation.
I just know there were a few guys (I don't recall their names) who were hired, and the stories were spun to be related to admins being allowed to recruit. That was the gist of what I understood.
