Edited for propriety

For LSU probably someone taking a stick and poking at Mike through the bars I guess.

Someone duct taped a Cam Newton Jersey to Bear Bryant's statue, so they bought hundreds of dollars worth of tree poison and drove an hour to Auburn's Campus to destroy one of their most sacred traditions. Alabama fans have acted worse... much worse...

I THINK that Updyke lived closer to there anyway.. and i think Spike 80 DF is cheaper than hundreds, but idk about that for sure.

Updyke is an arse. I have not defended him a bit.

It was pretty disrespectful shinannigans to do the Bryant statue thing.. but I don't care about it and it was a healthy venting of emotions for said individuals, honestly. At least it wasn't worse. Because if it had been worse, it would have been a horrible war back and forth.

I heard about this being a potential event... from an Auburn fan friend of mine ABOUT auburn fans. It didn't happen, but I honestly wish it had. This way there wouldn't be some perceivable high horse.

I'd rather keep the foot and hand prints than worry about a perceived high horse. That's ridiculous.

Since you seem to be so concerned about an Auburn Thread about ESPN filming, The RIG (very good poster) had this to say:

I might shed a tear or two. It won't really hit me though until I see them gone. The days they are taking down the trees you will not find me anywhere close to Toomers corner. I will intentionally take a longer route just to bypass that intersection..
---------------------
So then you take that and create this thread... Really? You have Bama fans react a lot more to losing a football game, they cry, they beat people up, they poison trees...

Your point isn't legitimate at all. In any way.

Ok, have it your way. I think it's legit. I think the question is fair.

What object that is not a living object would make you cry if another team's fans destroyed that would cause you to tear up?

Y'all, ya gotta be fair and answer before you can RA or w/e.

Wait until I start a thread that y'all can't respond to on the Bama board tomorrow. All it will consist of is Auburn fans' quotes about Harvey Updyke. I expect less than 10 responses of course, we don't talk much about stuff on the Bama board.

But the quotes will be up for days for people to see!

Some UGA fans would probably be pretty emotional if the hedges or chapel bell were destroyed. I don't think I would cry, but I would be pretty darn angry about it, which is actually a more dangerous response in a situation like that.

Again, we have an object that would NOT warrant the response that Auburn fans have gotten to. Gotcha. I agree. It's not worth tearing up about. ;)

I'm just saying y'all. It has been a long year of it belly aching.

Ok, y'all. Had an awesome time. Sorry to have pushed a few of you silly boogs too far. I didn't REALLY mean to get into a fight. Just wanted to have fun and make a point while I did it. Y'all sleep good.

(will try to avoid looking or responding)

Only to you... tonight. Before this post, the last time you thought of me was MONTHS ago. You probably wouldn't have even remembered my user name without having seen my name if you were told to list "bama posters that suck."

I rarely post these days!.. well except for today.

Then you hold serious grudges. I have been TOTALLY docile until tonight since I was re-allowed to be back on TD.com and even tonight I didn't have an intent to let it go THIS far. But you boogs hate us, so... and the thought that i brought up.

I've been so polite since i've been back that you can't even probably dig up a post before today SINCe i've been back that was controversial or negative.

First of all, f'k Updyke.. he's a loser and a moron, and what he did was dumb. Also, thank goodness there isn't some sort of non-stop war going on at each campus to 1 up each other's last act of vandalism, because it could get out of hand and costly...

and he is from Louisiana. Oh, but eff yo thread.

No, he was born and raised in Texas, retired a Texas State trooper. Apparently he retired to lake Martin. Not sure why he is currently in Louisiana.
