Has it been determined that the Dome will be torn down yet? Last I had heard, the Falcons were simply moving out (and that's not going to happen for a good damn while) but the Dome would remain as a part of the World Congress Center (multiple conferences and sporting events are held in the Dome throughout the year)

I just figured that was a given if they were building a retractable roof stadium
