Okay. I believe the Gamecocks will beat the Dawgs for the fourth time in a row this year.

Before I say this, I know that at least one arse-To-Mouth elitist prick is going to throw out a retort about how little knowledge of IP law people on this board have...to them, I say "fair enough". Keep in mind however, there are thousands of things that people on here know more about than you. Having knowledge of one thing does not make one intellectually superior on the whole. I digress...

The main point I meant to make here is this.

Johnny Unitas was, is, will ever be, Johnny Football. Therefore, it is reasonable to say that the family of Johnny Unitas could file against Manziel and his - excuse me for asking what a college "student" athlete is doing with one of these without being an NCAA violation magnet - corporation on the grounds that the name and the trademark rightfully reside with the Unitas family and Manziel has done no more than usurp the name.

On the other hand...if he wants to trademark the name Johnny fricking Football...ive no problem with that.
