If they have to do a "tornado" episode, the '83 Iron Bowl is a better story. At the GA dome nobody was really aware until the roof tore and even then the biggest concern was how long of a delay are we looking at? There was no real sense of serious danger. At the Iron Bowl in Legion Field that year sirens were blaring, wind was blowing, rain was falling and lightning was crashing and the entire packed stadium said "F" it we're staying.
If Bama was 10-1 going in and Auburn was 2-8, then they had to move the game from legion field to Samford's field, then winning that game automatically meant auburn could make it to a BCS bowl...it would be similar.

No one remembers that UGA team. It might have been all you say, yet no one across the nation remembers ONE THING about them
You're right, which is what makes it even more of an incredible story. The tornado shouldnt' be the focal point of this documentary. Tornados happen all the time all over the country. What that UGA team did (and part of the mystique of what they accomplished is due to the tornado, yes) is unheard of.
