Sad but probably true. It amazes me that a RB can grab the facemask and there be no penalty thrown. Or a RB can lead in with the helmet and the flag is thrown on the defender.

At least it will be a reviewable play by the booth. Some helmet to helmet hits are more obvious than others. Helmet to helmet hits are part of the game. They're going to happen. It seems that the officials are having a hard time distinguising between what is a targeted hit and what isn't already...throwing in ejections is only going to add to the controversy.

Technically that is "hands to the face" but it is rarely called on ball carriers.
