I'm sorry, but the fact that UGA cannot put out a more talented team than that is outright pathetic. Outside of KCP, there is no one that can make an outside or midrange shot with any consistency.
IMO, upside is valued too highly in basketball recruiting. Give me the guy with a high skill level and basketball IQ who maybe needs to develop physically over the guy with NBA physicality but can't make a contested layup. You ultimately need to be able to put the ball in the basket to win games.

Pope is the real deal. If you guys could get some players around him, you Georgia would be tough to beat.
