It is about choice.
The NFL is a company that choices who they allow to participate in their game...just like any other company.
They spend millions of dollars annually to market themselves a certain way and allowing young ppl in is not on their agenda.

He could try filing an antitrust suit. Sitting out is idiocy, though.
