One and done would likely cause a drop in talent like has happened in the basketball world. Not only should football not change, basketball should more closely align with the football rules.
This is ridiculous. If someone has marketable skills they should be allowed to sell them to the highest bidder. You probably wouldn't have liked it if out of college you had to work at a glorified internship for 3 years before being allowed to make real money.
These kids are already being exploited enough without these age restrictions.

Are you saying this isn't what every single person in the world has gone through?
The only difference is that they have the opportunity to lose their abilities. There may be a point there, but I don't see it as too much different than a great tech guy having to work shitty jobs to work his way up. Their skills have expiration dates as well.
