This is what's wrong with Starkville. I'm sure he's a good guy and does good work. That's not the issue here. We need to build up something special in Starkville, something we obviously lack. The City needs to make better decisions about allowing what goes where, e. g. Title Loan Store where there was Ruby Tuesday's on HWY 12.
He can be that fine, hardworking mechanic one block over. The laundry mat will be fine one block over. Sacrifices need to be made.

Right. There are plenty of empty service buildings along 182 those people could buy for their business and then knock down those eyesores on University and build bars/restaurants.
