ABC has a person in charged and has made the bar owners life a living hell.
Basically said 2013 is the year of the ABC.
So, whoever is under age needs to watch out.
They have even busted bars after closing hours for workers having a beer while cleaning up. That was over 21.

I hardly go out to the bars anymore and when I do I get drunk before I go so I can go in under 21 and not have to worry about anything.
I hate even buying beer in Starkville because I have had some friends buy beer, leave the gas station and the ABC followed them back to their apt and asked for their ID's and gave them MIP's. It is such fricking bullshite
