LSU's only title under Miles was more a result of circumstance than anything. I believe they are the only BCS champion with two losses. Georgia actually finished the regular season with a better record this year than LSU did in 2007.
What I'm trying to say is maybe don't have quite so much hubris over a fortuitous title in a year you lost to fricking Kentucky and unranked Arkansas.

So you have a national championship more recently than UGA, congratulations! That's awesome!
So how is Cam Cameron going to streamline this LSU offense, with all of the incredible talent, to make a run for the crystal in 2013? Specifically, through Athens?
Or are yall just going to blame Slive for fricking you into failure by forcing you to play UGA in Athens, because it won't be Cam's fault... it will just be his first year, why expect more, it's all Slive, etc.

The infamous LSU cop-out. Can't answer questions honestly or accurately so you use a six year old trophy as a trump card.
Pretty much the equivalent to a kid taking his ball and going home. Sure, it's your ball and not mine. But running away because your feelings got hurt makes you look like the arse, not me.
ETA: This has absolutely nothing to do with this thread, just a general observation.
