LSU always looks horrible, but manages to win. In 2010 they were the worst 11 win team I've ever seen in my life. They open up against a UNC team that was missing about 8 NFL players due to suspension and barely escaped. They went to Knoxville and really lost to Tennessee and Dooley, that was the craziest ending ever in Neyland.
They gave up 400 yrds rushing to Auburn, got in a shootout and scraped by Ole Miss. Scraped by a horrible WVU team with a punt return. Scraped by Urban Meyers worst UF team with a fake field goal that bounced off of the ground. Then they were mercy kneed by Mallet and Petrino with a birth to the sugar bowl on the line.
They were flat out bad all year outside of the cotton bowl against A&M and the Bama game (Cajun super bowl).
They still managed to win 11 games. That style of play will eventually catch up with them. They constantly complain about lack of respect and Bama bias, but flat out dominates on both sides of the ball while 7 or 8 of LSU games are shite shows to watch and could've gone either way.
