I'd be shocked if Robert Foster redshirted.

He is actually one of the freshmen I see being a non-mop up duty/ST contributor. Along with OJ, Mazza, and whichever one of the RBs sets himself apart.

ETA: Obviously Mazza will only play on ST, but you know what I mean.

The running back depth chart is going to be very interesting over the next couple of months. There is A LOT of talent in that backfield.

I know we're returning all our contributors at WR, but I still don't think Robert Foster will redshirt.

I think Kamara, Paige, and possibly T. Jones play too

I'd rather Bateman not redshirt if he is going to be the future QB next year. Would like to see him get some real game experience in mop up duty.

I could definitely see Robert Foster and Dee Liner contributing.

Each of the last 2 years we've redshirted fewer players than I would've predicted.

Look at last year. We redshirted linemen on both sides (will almost always be the case) and:

Morris - standard for QB
E. Williams - switched positions just before season
Black - would've played if not for injury
Freitag
Griffith - had returning starter(s) at kicker

All DBs, LBs, and RBs played.

There aren't as many open spots for contributors this year as last year, but I expect DBs, LBs, and RBs to play while linemen and QBs to redshrit.

I think Robert Foster and OJ Howard could get some catches if they kick arse right away. On of the running backs will get some carries. I'm not sure who else.

Given the level of talent, it is so hard to come in and contribute if you didn't enroll early.

Leon Brown as a back put at a tackle.

Derrick Henry in the RB depth. Maybe another RB if all of our knee kids from last year can't play in 2013

OJ Howard may be a starter from day 1

Jon Allen at DE -in the 3 deep

Jon Cook at a DB since we need to develop some quickly

R. Foster at a lb spot, Maybe second or third on depth

Eddie jackson. same as Cook

Dee Liner if physically mature enough at DE

Cole Mazza

A Robinson at NT..prolly in 3 deep
