But Obama also said "draft pick" not recruit, and I'm certain he knows the difference, which means he follows it enough to reference Dooley's quip about Saban getting draft picks not signees. Idk if I can see a staffer getting that involved in designing a few talking points.

I assumed he was referring to the Ravens having a potential future draft pick in Foster....
