Chesapeake (Va.) Oscar Smith defensive tackle Andrew Brown narrowed his list to 10 schools on Sunday. The five-star prospect talked about where things go from here.

quote:

"In no particular order, Ohio State, Michigan, Virginia Tech, Virginia, UNC, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Alabama, and Georgia Tech," said Brown via twitter and Instagram.

quote:

"Yes, sir. Those are my final ten schools, not just a top ten. I felt it was time to cut things down and the common thread among those ten are that they are sound academically and they've all shown very strong interest in me."

quote:

"UNC has been my dream school since I was young. Having my major, audio engineering is big too. I have good relationship with all of the coaches there. Alabama also has my major."

quote:

Speaking of the Crimson Tide, Nick Saban was in the Tidewater, last Friday, making stops to see Brown and Virginia Beach (Va.) Bayside five-star safety Quin Blanding.

quote:

"That was big news. People at school were excited. Alabama, in addition to having audio engineering, always produces great players. It's Nick Saban and the SEC."

247Sports ranks Andrew Brown is the No. 4 player in the nation and the No. 1 defensive tackle in the 2014 class.

Reports are out there that say Brown is visiting Tuscaloosa for A-Day. Would be epic to pull in someone of his talent that early.
