Gotta be honest, i'm not OVERLY impressed with Carter's film anyway. He doesn't just blow me away off the ball, then when he gets to the backfield he doesn't wrap the qb up. Also, his measurables aren't just amazing. I don't think he's the number 3 prospect in the nation

Thought the same, Hand is good though, let's hope if anything Dede helps him realize how bad of shape VT is in and look south
