I'm missin you VBeezy

FTR I made a final 10 class prediction over on the LSU Rec Board per request...here's my best guess as of today:

Ross Pierschbacher
Jordan Sims (I hope)
Davion Hall
Raekwon McMillan
Rahsaan Evans
Ronnie Clark
Marlon Humphrey
Cam Robinson
Racean Thomas
I'm gonna leave a space for one no one expects or knows about (Bama pulls a guy every yr no one expected 2 weeks before NSD - so that is what the space is for)

Ronnie Clark video interview:

At the flip comment. The Auburn recruiting thread is already saying that he will commit to them, then flip to us.

He has taken residence in my wishlist.

Personally I'd rather him go somewhere else.

Cam Robinson

Oh boy. I bet that is going over real well over there.

Top247 Calera (Ala.) ATH Ronnie Clark was set to visit UA last weekend, but the team was off. Checked back with Clark and he thinks he may be visiting tomorrow- just depends on if he can get everything worked out. His first day of practice with Calera is on Saturday, so depending on when that gets over he could possibly come to Tuscaloosa afterwards or later on Sunday. But it sounds as though he'll be heading to UA sooner than later. We'll let you guys know when we hear more.

See ok then switch Elam for Sims I hope Sims can make it in but it is obvious how I feel about in-state kids. And I added an extra spot because there always seems to be a signee we either don't expect or don't know about (A'Shawn Robinson and Dalvin Tomlinson) that spot might also be Hootie, Tony Brown, or Zo Carter I dunno

I fully agree on Evans he is a monster at OLB for our scheme, the most perfect prospect for it I've seen since Hightower. It is extremely interesting to me to see Bama staff's for the first time sort of focus on the type of athletes on D to counteract a spread HUNH offense because of the gameplan they are developing for Sept the 14th it's gonna be a MFin CLINIC on how to stop it

You gotta think they will find a WR or DB they like more after the season is over that could land an offer a la Eddie Jackson.

If I had to pick a final ten:

1. RB Racean Thomas - Oxford, Ala.
2. WR Cameron Sims - Monroe, Louisiana
3. OT Cameron Robinson - Monroe, Louisiana
4. OG Jordan Sims - Birmingham, Ala.
5. TE Tyler Luatua - La Mirada, Calif.
6. DE Da'Sawn Hand - Woodbridge, Va.
7. Jack Lorenzo Carter - Norcross, Georgia
8. DB Marlon Humphrey - Hoover, Ala.
9. DB Ronnie Clark - Calera, Ala.
10. Ath. Davion Hall - Texarkana, Texas

Did I hear correctly? When asked about how is a contacting him the most his reply about Auburn was, "That Coach Chizik calls his coach!" So he does not know that chiz it is gone. Did I hear wrong? Thanks for all the recruiting info. I follow this, but don't get to post a lot.

Peace

Bone thinks the kid from Iowa is switching to us today.

He's talented but it means Sims, Casher, or both won't be in this class. And I hate letting solid in-state kids go elsewhere. Just too many talented OL to choose from this year. A great problem to have.

Bone also thinks he's a guard for us. We're going to be loaded on the interior.

But they are all interior guys.

We need some tackles in next year's class. Bad.

Alabama is set to have a number of top prospects make official visits for the LSU game in November, particularly a large contingent from the West Coast. Add another name to the list with Fresno (Calif.) Central East defensive backs coach Tony Perry confirming that top 100 athlete Michiah Quick will also be making the trip to Tuscaloosa in addition to an official to Oklahoma in October.

I see Ross Pierschbacher as an interior guy, or at the very least a RT.

In 2014 Saban will have a new QB and a 245# tailback. He is going to a new offensive gameplan. The OL will be a center and 4 guards with only 2 plays...inside zone left and inside zone right.

That's what I'm saying. I meant the class overall. Not many highly rated tackles this cycle. Great interior guys all around, including Piersbacher.

I don't know who the tackle prospects are for 2015, but I hope there's a bunch of good ones. We need to hit that position hard.

The state of Alabama has two great offensive linemen for 2015, but no franchise LT. That's why we need Cam Robinson bad.

Any elite 2015 tackles you know about?

I'm at the dentist or I'd look them up myself.

Mitch Hyatt is the only one I know of off the top of my head. Think he is a Clemson/UGA battle as of now.

Jake Fruhmorgen is a legacy.

Trevor Albert from Rockwall, Texas is getting good reviews.

That's about it right now.
