yeah, i like that answer too. 'we're alabama' means nothing to an opponent across the field when a new coach is at the helm. in all reality, the fact that it's Alabama only means something to teams like LaMo so that when they beat us on a shitty year they have accomplished something. (and in all fairness, with our resources, they have accomplished something)

The "We're Alabama" thing is pretty the mentality that we won before, therefore we'll win again...which isn't true. That is exactly what Saban preaches against.
