It seems like Arky just gets disrespected by the recruiting services more than anything. Maybe bc of a smaller subrscription fan base.
They do a lot better on the field (minus Johnelle) than recruit rankings would suggest.
OM and MSU seem like they are always ranked higher in recruiting but end up being garbage most years.

Location mixed with lack of local talent. Fayetteville is awesome, but it's not the easiest place to get to, so parents don't generally care for it. Nobody wants to spend $1000 a person to fly into Bentonville, then drive 45 minutes to Fayetteville just to see your kid play. That mixed with lack of in-state talent, and you have a tough time recruiting.
